The Morris County Sheriff’s Office STAR Program and the Superior Court of Morris County launched Community Connections, a model to assist court involved individuals into services so they can successfully reintegrate into the community.
The implementation of this new program will identify and provide linkage to an array of services to include recovery support, mental health services, and social services.
Where were you referred from?
This service is only for court-involved individuals (including criminal, pre-trial, recovery court, civil court, family court, municipal court, and individuals on probation).

Are you homeless or at risk of becoming homeless?
Are you unemployed and need help finding work?
Are you in need of job training resources through the County College of Morris?
Do you need to apply for benefits such as the following: Cash assistance such as General Assistance (GA) or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)?
Do you need to apply for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), sometimes referred to as Food Stamps?
Are you interested in NJ Family Care (Medicaid)?
Are you struggling with Substance Use Disorder? If so, would you like support and/or services?
Are you in need of Naloxone (Narcan) training and/or a Narcan kit to prevent opioid overdose?
Are you or have you ever been diagnosed or struggled with a Mental Health Disorder?
If so, would you like linkage to mental health services?
Have any lawsuits been filed against you or are there judgments entered against you?
Do you have any of the following: Wage Garnishments, Bank Levy, and/or Auto Lien?

Morris County offers County ID cards for residents ages 18-54 who may not have a driver's license or just want another form of identification.
These cards are used for identification purposes only and may not be accepted by certain agencies that require a state ID (such as a driver’s license).

You further agree to hold and save the Community Connections and the County of Morris, including its Commissioners, directors, officials, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims of liability, loss, injury, death or damage to your person or property, including attorney's fees, as a result of or in any way related to any services or referrals provided by Community Connections. Representatives from one or more of the above groups may participate in determining the best possible response for your individual needs. Additionally, you agree to maintain a courteous relationship with all Hub staff and affiliates. Any harassing, threatening, or violent behavior will result in your disconnection from Community Connections services. Participants in the Community Connections program are independent medical professionals or service providers who are not employed or supervised by Community Programs or the County of Morris. Neither Community Connections nor the County of Morris make any representations or guarantees regarding any of the participants in the Community Connections program.
